  WalzCraft, a North American leader in the custom kitchen cabinet door and wood component industry, is seeking an experienced Cabinet Refacer to join our WalzCraft Team.

  Job responsibilities:

  • Facilitate, develop and build upon our cabinet refacing program.

  • Provide customers with prompt, professional and courteous product information and installation solutions.

  • Conduct in-house training.

  • Develop a thorough knowledge of WalzCraft products, product specifications, applicable software and company procedures.

  Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours.

  • Previous refacing/woodworking experience preferred

  • Ability to work proficiently and efficiently with various power and hand tools

  • Previous new cabinet/counter-top installation experience preferred

  • Experience working with various hinges, drawer glides and other hardware preferred

  • Sales experience is a plus

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Quality conscious, detail orientated and goal driven

  • Bachelor Degree in Education or equivalent experience preferred

  • Industrial Arts Instructors encouraged to apply
